GMB Rings 1 Seminar

Want to build the strength of an olympic gymnast?

Easily one of the most versatile pieces of fitness equipment you can invest in are a pair of gymnastic rings.  Gymnastic rings are lightweight, portable and can serve to make exercises either easier or much harder.  Taking this all into account along with the fact that ring training is FUN leads me to advise most people to invest in a set of gymnastic rings before many conventional pieces of equipment like weights.

Even though gymnastic rings are a very versatile piece of equipment that anyone can use eventually many of us tend to want to explore exercises like those that  we see olympic athletes perform.  Though many fitness enthusiasts use the muscle up as a benchmark for strength not realizing that there are so many more fun and effective drills that can be left untapped if we stop there.  I mean who hasn’t thought of doing an “Iron Cross”  before?

Though grabbing a pair of rings and immediately trying a high level strength skill like an iron cross may be unwise for most of us wouldn’t it be great to have someone with a ton of experience be able to help you build up to skills such as this and others in a safe progressive manner?

How about doing this while integrating specific joint mobility warm ups and post work compensatory movements to prevent injury and maximize the strength building results of your work?

That is exactly what this three hour ring workshop will offer!  Taught by Circular Strength Training (CST) Faculty Coach Ryan Hurst and CST Head Coach Jarlo Llano for the first time here in Salinas, CA.
